何年か前に「口内炎にはケナログ一番！」と言うエントリーを書きました。たくさん情報を掲載しているエントリーではないのですが、検索結果で上位に入っていて、毎年アクセスランキングの常連となっております。せめてもう少し情報を追加しないとなぁと思いつつ、どんどん時間が過ぎちゃいまして、やっとえいやっと思い立って、いまエントリーを書いています。
「ケナログのこと書こう！」と思ったら、先日まんまと口内炎ができました。しかも大きいのが3つも！ そんなタイミングでメキシカンレストランに行くという苦行まで達成。
行きたかったし、おいしかったから満足やけど、わざわざこのタイミングじゃなくてもよかったかもといまなら思う
私の場合、下唇を噛んでしまって、そこが口内炎になるパターンがほとんどです。1回噛んだだけでは口内炎にならんのやけど、噛んだことで皮膚の形が変わって、また噛んじゃうのよね。2回目でアウト、100%の確率で口内炎になります。
そこで救世主「ケナログ」の登場！ ところが指で塗ろうとするとうまく塗れません。皮膚に当たると粘土みたいに固まってしまうので、場所を間違えても修正しづらいのよね。以前はそれでも指でがんばって塗っとったんやけど限界が……。そこで考えました！
綿棒！
適量を綿棒に取ってから、患部に塗ります。めっちゃ塗りやすいし、少しぐらいのズレはちょいちょいと修正できます。その上指が汚れません。かわいいよ綿棒、かわいいよ。
ということで、ケナログを塗るときは綿棒を使うとめちゃめちゃ便利！
ただ、2009年6月に実施された薬事法改正により、ケナログは一般的なドラッグストアで買えなくなってしまいました。詳しくはわからないのですが、薬剤師さんがいる薬局、もしくは処方箋を出してもらわないと購入できないそうです。薬事法改正の話は、だいぶ前に騒がれとってを知っていたけどこんなところで、影響を受けるとは思っていませんでした。
そんなに頻繁に買う薬じゃなかったので、知らなかったんやけど、次に買うときに困るなぁ。現在ドラッグストアで販売されている口内炎の軟膏は「ワムレート」「テスパコーワ」という薬らしいのですが、ケナログと同じぐらいの効き目なのかしら。いま使っているケナログがなくなったら、使ってみようと思います。その前に口内炎ができないように口内環境正常化もがんばろう。

私も口内炎できやすいのでいつも薬局チェック。一昨年くらい？にデスパコーワしかなくて買ったけど、クリームがやわらかいのですぐ流れ、変な味に悩みます・・・。前のやつが良い！（> で、今は液体の噴射式のを買ってみました。今のところこっちのほうが好きかな。
